Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG). The intent of this activity is to perform energy audits at the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse and the Arena building at the North Iowa Fairgrounds. The audits will either confirm that the activities included in the county's program should be implemented or they will redirect EECBG and county funds elsewhere.
