Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Redwood Valley Rancheria of Pomo Indians of California proposes to replace air conditioning units with higher efficiency models, clean and seal the duct system, and install a small (9 tube) solar photovoltaic system on the Tribal Government Office Building. In addition, the tribe proposes to conduct a workshop session on how to select energy efficient air conditioning and advantages of solar tubes.
