The Department of Energy is proposing to provide Federal funding to the recipient to support the design, construction and demonstration of a skid mounted thermo-chemical process comprised of Integrated Rapid Pyrolysis system (RTP) and Bio-oil upgrading to transportation fuels pilot Biorefinery at the Tesoro, Kapolei site.
