Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska proposes to 1) develop and refine a long-term strategy for the tribe?s participation in renewable energy and utilize technical consultant services to assist in the development of the strategy and 2) conduct a feasibility study for solar installation, geothermal heating and cooling system retrofit, or building envelope retrofit to an existing tribal office building.
