The City of Wynoka, Oklahoma is proposing to use $250,000 of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding for the City Electrical System Upgrade Project which will involve the retrofitting of approximately 49 existing transformers and electrical poles. All work will be done within the existing transmission line right-of-way (ROW).
