Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Northwestern Band of Shoshone Nation of Utah proposes to perform energy efficiency improvements to a Nation's Housing Authority-owned office building located in Brigham City, Utah, by installing a roof-mounted, approximate 5 kilowatt, solar photovoltaic system. The building would serve as a working model for the Nation?s housing and member homeowners on the benefits of renewable energy.
