Sandia National Laboratories (SNL/NM) proposes to develop and test a terrestrial-based Tagging, Tracking, and Locating (TTL) system for Work-for-Others (WFO) customers. The activities would involve development of a TTL system using three or more passive or active receivers to geolocate a target radio-frequency (RF) emitter. Sensor development would take place in an existing light electrical laboratory in Tech Area I (TA-I), while geolocation activities would be performed at off-site locations including in and around Albuquerque, New Mexico, as well as sites around the United States.
