Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. The Bridgeport Indian Colony proposes to install carpet and insulation in Reservation homes that were built with cement-slab flooring in 1979. The new carpet and insulation would provide energy savings to existing Reservation homes by reducing the need for use of home heating methods (wood/pellets/gas).
