Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Energy audits of county facilities and staffing positions to assist with implementing the project and 2) energy building retrofits of two county-owned buildings (Centennial Hall [1976] and Pikes Peak Center [1980]) which includes removal of three boilers and two chillers and associated piping, replacement with heat exchangers and piping that connects the buildings to the existing county-owned central utility plant (CUP), and installation of a pony chiller in the CUP.
