A Non-conformance Report 2010-NCR-30-009 was issued to document a small leak on the east face of the 772-F Main Exhaust temporary exhaust treatment (TEXT) duct near grade level. The TEXT duct is a functional class Safety Significant (SS) and is under vacuum. Several inches of top soil may need to be removed and set aside to determine the extent of the defect. Design change M-DCF-F-04398 will repair the small leak and also drill a 3-1/2 inch diameter inspection port to enable video camera inspection of the TEXT duct internals. Results of the inspection will help formulate a path forward for eventual duct removal under a separate effort by the end of fiscal year 2010. The Design Change Form (DCF) will also repair the camera inspection port with a compression plug.
