Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Replace approximately one-third of 105 non-insulated glass block and single pane anodized aluminum window openings with Energy Star rated, enameled aluminum, divided light, functional, double hung windows. These windows resemble the original 1926 windows so they comply with historical registration requirements.
