Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Fort Belknap Indian Community of Montana proposes to perform lighting retrofits in several tribal buildings. An energy audit was completed and lighting retrofits would be based on the results of the audit. Various lighting bulbs and ballasts would be replaced with more energy efficient lighting.
