The Oak Park Energy and Conservation Strategy will establish priorities for spending our Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant formula-based distribution and provide the foundation for moving forward in developing a broader and more comprehensive community policies and activities intended support and advance the goals and objectives of both the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
