The project consists of replacing an existing wooden bridge deck on a Bonneville Power Administration access road to structures in mile 32 of the Monroe - Custer Number 1 transmission line corridor. Work includes furnishing materials and rebuilding the wood deck with low curb rails and reflectors. Both access road approaches will require re-grading and rocking. No fill or other construction materials are allowed at or below the high water line of the underlying stream. No in-stream activities are to occur in any water body or wetland. Erosion control best management practices are to be utilized to protect surface waters both during and after construction.
