Fayette County, Pennsylvania will use the Department of Energy funding under the Competitive Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Award to support an energy efficiency and awareness outreach/marketing campaign, a series of residential and non-residential energy audits (which includes assistance in the identification and handoff to qualified implementation subcontractors) as well as project management, assessment and reporting efforts over the three year life of the project.
