Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Wichita and Affiliated Tribes propose to replace the 1978 Tribal Administration Building's heating and cooling system with an approximate 10 ton, vertical, closed-loop, geothermal unit. Approximately four boreholes will be bored at a depth of 200 feet. Boreholes will be grouted using thermally enhanced bentonite or equivalent. An Oklahoma certified and licensed driller will be used for the installation.
