Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Pueblo of San Ildefonso of New Mexico proposes to install approximately eighteen 225-watt photovoltaic solar arrays on the roof of the Learning Center. The building is less than 3 years old, and no new construction would be needed.
