The Los Coyotes Band of Cahuilla and Cupeno Indians of California proposes to replace tribal members? appliances with energy efficiency appliances. In addition, a consultant will be hired to manage the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant and manage the solar and weatherization state grants.
