Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Manchester Band of Pomo Indians of the Manchester-Point Arena in Rancheria, California, proposes to 1) hire a technical consultant to conduct energy audits on the Tribal Administration Building and water pumps and 2) install two Tribal water pump houses to house new solar batteries to store the energy from two 215-watt solar panels which will be mounted on the roof; the Tribe will purchase the new pump house structure and hire a contractor to assess existing conditions and design, purchase, and install the selected solar technology to run the community water pump; and install four 215-watt solar power panels on the Tribal Administration Building.
