The Project Activity Sheet #2 titled Energy Efficiency Building Upgrades includes purchase and installation of retrofits to County-owned facilities. Among these retrofits is the installation of a high-efficiency natural gas fired condensing boiler to replace the electric boiler at the McCoart building. This activity will also include the installation of approximately 400 feet of new gas piping, which falls outside the bounds of the signed Statement of Work.
