Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: 1) Acquisition of technical services for development of an energy efficiency and conservation strategy (ongoing), 2) replacement of the chiller and addition of a variable frequency drive for the cooling tower motor for the Library, 3) replacement of the boiler serving the City Hall and Central Fire Station with a appropriately sized and more energy efficient condensing boiler for each facility, and 4) replacement of the Recreation Facility roof with a more energy efficient roofing system.
