Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Nisqually Tribe proposes to complete energy efficiency retrofits of the Tribal Center, as part of a larger Tribal Center Renovation Project. Retrofit activities for the Tribal Center would include the following activities: heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; lights; hot water; and appliances.
