Oakland University (OU) would demonstrate the potential geothermal resource using geothermal heat source pumps for heating and cooling the university's Health Science Building. In Phase 1, OU would complete a preliminary geothermal heat source pumps design for the Health Science Building. Final design and construction would take place in Phase 2 and 3. This analysis is Phase 1 only.
