The City of Chicago will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the city. The City of Chicago would use Department of Energy funding for implementation of Chicago's EECBG Program. Chicago's activities are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed Statement of Work for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
