The Indiana Office of Energy Development will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state. The Indiana Office of Energy Development would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation of Indiana's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed Statement of Work for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
