Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding. The Port Graham Village Council proposes to update the 2007 biomass feasibility study and preliminary schematic blueprints for installation of a biomass boiler and heat distribution lines to community buildings selected by the Tribal Council. A technical consultant would be hired to assist the Tribe in preparation of the study.
