Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) would design, purchase and install new Underfrequency Load Shedding (UFLS) and Undervoltage Load Shedding (UVLS) relays in Port Townsend Paper Company?s new Mill Substation control house to trip the 115-kilovolt circuit switcher. BPA would also remove old UFLS and UVLS relays from Port Townsend Paper Company?s turbine room. All relay installation and removal will be within existing buildings.
