Install and operate a 1 megawatt (20 ton of carbon dioxide per day) membrane carbon dioxide (CO2) capture system (skid mounted - 500 square foot footprint) at the Arizona Public Service's (APS) Cholla Power Plant. Continued testing of 1 ton per day (TPD) CO2 membrane unit at APS.
