Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe proposes to utilize grant funds to purchase compact fluorescent light bulbs for residents of the Tribe and replace incandescent light bulbs to save energy; purchase water heater blankets for tribal homes; and hire a technician to administer installation of these retrofits.
