Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Pueblo of Zia of New Mexico proposes to hire a contractor to design and install an approximate 5 kilowatt per hour solar photovoltaic system on the tribal administration offices. The system would consist of installing solar panels utilizing a multi-pole mount racking system.
