(Revision 2) The purpose of this revision is to allow one-time use of the multipurpose haul road to transport MFC-716 and MFC-TR-01 to Excess at the Central Facilities Area to save costs associated with permits required for transport using Highway 20 and avoid potential public safety issues from transporting the facilities along Highway 20. The remaining scope of Revision 1 remains applicable.
