The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds would be utilized solely for the material purchases of new electrical lighting apparatus/equipment in the replacement and upgrades of introducing new energy-efficient lighting equipment for approximately (14) city-owned facilities. The labor portion for all listed facilities will be performed by existing City staff licensed to conduct electrical service applications.
