The Back to Health Wellness Center is proposing to use Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to install a ground source heat pump system that will serve the heating and cooling needs for the 5,000 square foot healthcare facility. The ground source heat pump system will be an open loop system with a capacity of 11 tons. There will be 1 borehole installed within 10 feet of the existing building and a water line will be directionally bored from the structure to a storm drain approximately 350 feet to the North of the building.
