Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Replace roadway lighting fixtures with light-emitting diodes, 2) installation of computerized control-link ball field lighting, 3) retrofit standard T-12 fluorescent fixtures with new fixtures at Mobile Police Headquarters and 1st Precinct, and 4) retrofit existing vehicles with propane bi-fuel systems.
