Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma proposes to 1) conduct energy audits on approximately 10 tribal homes; 2) conduct building retrofits on approximately 10 tribal homes which would include replacing doors, windows, weather stripping, caulking, insulation, and water heaters; and 3) conduct building retrofits on the Brown Building which would include replacing doors, windows, weather stripping, caulking, and insulation.
