A sub-recipient to the Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund, D & C Transportation, proposes to use federal funds to install an above ground storage tank within existing infrastructure at their Newport, Vermont location. The installation of this tank will aid in expanding the commercial availability of biofuels within the state of Vermont.
