Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Expand and upgrade the existing methane recovery system at the Pearl Hollow Landfill, including: installation of gas extraction wells; replacement of damaged, non-functional methane extraction wells; installation of main vacuum header line/piping; installation of pneumatic leachate pumps and tubing; installation of condensate trap; and installation of laterals and pneumatic lines.
