Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska proposes to 1) develop and refine a long-term strategy for the tribe?s participation in renewable energy and utilize technical consultant services to assist in the development of the strategy and 2) conduct a feasibility study for solar installation, geothermal heating and cooling system retrofit, or building envelope retrofit to an existing tribal office building including initial studies, engineering and planning, and the initial drilling of test holes.
