Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Walker River Paiute Tribe proposes to install an 18 kilowatt (standard test conditions) ground-level, grid-tied photovoltaic solar system on the tribally owned and operated arsenic treatment plant located on the Walker River Paiute Reservation. The photovoltaic system would be installed on the southeast area of the treatment plant building.
