The State of Indiana will provide $500,000 in Recovery Act funds to American Pellet Supply for the purchase of equipment for its existing facility located on Old United States, Highway 41 in Carlisle, Indiana. American Pellet Supply makes low emission wood product fuel pellets that are intended to replace coal in furnaces for industrial and residential use, burning the fuel pellets instead of coal reduces greenhouse gas emissions. American Pellet Supply currently makes two green technology fuel products at its 30,000 square foot facility (E3 PowerBlend, a replacement fuel for coal in electric power generation facilities; and a green renewable-based heating fuel for residential and commercial applications).
