The State of Arizona is giving Arizona Public Service Company (APS) $2,850,000 to provide incentives to their residential consumers. This project has already been categorically excluded (CX'd). However, APS will use $450,000 in State Energy Program (SEP) funding for 5 photovoltaic projects with local governments that do not fall under the original CX as they are not residential systems. These systems are all 10 kilowatts to 30 kilowatts in size; therefore they fall within the bounds of the National Environmental Policy Act template that the State of Arizona has signed and attached in the Project Management Center.
