Artargis Energy Incorporated proposes to use federal funds to design, construct, and test a 1:10 scale model Cycloidal Wave Energy Converter at the Texas A&M Offshore Technology Research Center wave tank. The results of this research and development project are aimed at creating the world's first free floating wave energy converter system.
