Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Develop a strategy for the St. Landry Parish Government Public Building Energy Program, 2) perform lighting retrofits at nine Parish buildings utilizing the latest energy efficient lighting products to replace older devices (replace fixtures, ballasts, and lamps), and 3) perform direct digital controls (DDC) retrofits on nine Parish buildings to replace thermostats with the latest DDC temperature control products and modify a central operator workstation at the Parish Maintenance Office to allow remote scheduling and monitoring of each facility.
