Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Central Council of the Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska propose to conduct energy audits of tribally owned facilities. Specific retrofit activities will be determined based on the results of the audits, and these retrofit activities will be submitted for appropriate National Environmental Policy Act review.
