Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Native Village of Napakiak proposes to renovate/retrofit two buildings (Health Clinic and Community Center [former Transportation Building]) to become more energy efficient. Energy efficiency retrofits would include improvements to lighting systems, supplemental loads, air distribution systems, and/or heating and cooling systems, insulation, and windows/doors.
