Install a 350 kilowatt (kW) co-generator at Mauldin Road Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and a 170 kW co-generator at Pelham Road WWTP. Engine heat will heat the anaerobic digesters, freeing up the digester gas for electricity production.
