The City of Attleboro, Massachusetts hired Peregrine Energy Group, Inc. to develop the City's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (EECS). The EECS establishes an overall strategy for the City to move forward on a number of energy saving measures, which will then be implemented through the balance of the City's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) allocation. After the completion of the EECS Development activity, the City will have $174,600 in grant funds remaining to undertake the energy saving implementation activities identified therein.
