Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity will provide $2,654,280 in Recovery Act funding to Midwest Fiber Recycling (Midwest) for the purchase and installation of equipment to process residential and commercial single stream recycled materials. The new processing plant will be built at its Midwest facility located at 422 White Oak Road, Normal, Illinois (near Bloomington). Recovery Act funds are for equipment and material purchases and related installation costs.
