Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program for; The Newhalen Tribal Council proposes to conduct building retrofits on the Newhalen Tribal Building (built in 1970). Building retrofits include the following: replacing roofing; installing siding; and replacing windows, lighting, and doors.
