Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. The Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota proposes to 1) retain technical services to develop and revise the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy and further develop the strategy and the feasibility study and 2) conduct an energy audit focusing on conservation measures for Tribal buildings and review alternative renewable energy sources, primarily focusing on wind and solar renewable energy technologies.
